As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of our properties. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and enhancing our residents' living experiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and repairing issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management systems.
• Creating, organizing, and completing work orders and general maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready promptly, including cleaning, repairs, and finishing touches.
• Training, mentoring, and supervising Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conducting preventative maintenance on apartments.
• Inspecting grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
• Maintaining a safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Performing hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding as per standards.

You Have

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to obtain it.
• Availability for on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
• Ability to understand policies, safety data sheets, and proper chemical handling.
• Knowledge of PPE and emergency systems.
• Basic painting and maintenance knowledge.
