As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of our properties. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and improving our residents' living experiences. Your responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing and repairing issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management systems.
2. Organizing and completing work orders and general maintenance tasks efficiently.
3. Preparing vacant apartments and garages for occupancy, including cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups.
4. Training and supervising Maintenance Technicians I and II.
5. Conducting preventative maintenance on apartments.
6. Inspecting grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
7. Maintaining a safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures.
8. Performing Hot Works, including brazing, soldering, and welding, as per standards.

You Have:

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and general repairs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC) certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility for on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
• Ability to understand policies, safety data sheets, and chemical applications.
• Knowledge of PPE and emergency systems.
• Understanding of paint types and tools.
