Lead Maintenance Tech
Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30pm
$22+ DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair major equipment such as CNC routers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, pneumatic tools, motors, fans, and forklifts.

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain PM records.

• Lead and guide other maintenance staff, including contractors or temporary employees.

• Ensure third-party repairs meet company standards.

• Manage inventory control and order replacement parts and tools as needed.

• Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs with limited supervision.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

• Communicate equipment status and repair timelines to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.

• Suggest improvements to processes, equipment, and overall facility performance.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Education: No formal education required.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience required.

Certificates, Licenses, and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.

• Ability to perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in maintenance and repair of CNC routers and electrical systems (single and three-phase).

• Skilled in electrical control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Familiar with air compressor operations.

• Capable of diagnosing and repairing a variety of industrial equipment.

• Must provide own basic tools for equipment maintenance.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
