Lead Maintenance Tech
Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30pm
$22+ DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Diagnose, inspect, and repair major equipment such as CNC routers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, pneumatic tools, motors, fans, and forklifts.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain PM records.
Lead and guide other maintenance staff, including contractors or temporary employees.
Ensure third-party repairs meet company standards.
Manage inventory control and order replacement parts and tools as needed.
Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs with limited supervision.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Communicate equipment status and repair timelines to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Suggest improvements to processes, equipment, and overall facility performance.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
Ability to perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in maintenance and repair of CNC routers and electrical systems (single and three-phase).
Skilled in electrical control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Familiar with air compressor operations.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing a variety of industrial equipment.
Must provide own basic tools for equipment maintenance.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
