Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability, performance, and safety of facility equipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, complex repairs, system upgrades, fabrication, and preventive maintenance while guiding technicians.

The role requires experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, plus proficiency in reading schematics and using CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or fire suppression systems preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
• Reads and interprets electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Performs root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
