Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of facility equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs, support preventive maintenance, and guide technicians in complex tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5+ years of related maintenance experience, plus strong electrical/mechanical skills and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; plus 3–5+ years of related maintenance experience or equivalent
• Completion of vocational or technical school preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
• Monitor repairs, system rebuilds, and equipment overhauls to ensure reliability
• Install and troubleshoot electrical control systems including motors, relays, drives, and PLC‑controlled equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance and update PM records in the CMMS; manage spare parts inventory
