Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service material handling equipment across our retail and support environments.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems while following safety protocols. Candidates should have basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge and be comfortable using hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience.
• Vocational/technical school preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Material handling equipment training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair material handling equipment.
• Repair conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and conduct safety checks.
• Coordinate tasks with maintenance team and operations staff.
• Document repairs and parts usage in electronic system.
• Maintain tools and clean work area.
• Attend on-call maintenance and emergencies.
