• 3-5 years of experience in multi-family/apartment maintenance is essential.
• Supervisory experience is preferred for leading the maintenance team.

Currently, we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Hands-on Leader
2. Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
3. Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
4. Perform any and all property maintenance needs
5. Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
6. HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
7. Prepare apartments for new residents
8. Complete Work Orders
9. Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
10. Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team

1. 3 - 5 years multi-family/apartment maintenance experience
2. Supervisory/Lead experience
3. Basic carpentry

6. Valid driver's license
7. Reliable transportation
