Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician
  1. Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
  2. Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
  3. Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
  4. Effectively communicate with the office.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a great customer experience with empathy, accurately diagnose problems, and help customers understand the solutions.
  • Getting from Diagnosis to Solution: Explain issues clearly and help resolve problems quickly.
  • Quality of Work: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and first-time fixes.
  • Efficiency: Be time-efficient and prompt in completing repairs.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Show up on time and be available for customers.

  • Thirst for Knowledge: Regularly update skills through training and research.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Four or more years of appliance repair experience (a plus)
Benefits & Pay
  • Pay range: $22.00 to $35.00+ per hour, with bonuses and commissions
  • No nights or weekends
  • Paid training through Mr. Appliance Academy
