The candidate should have HVAC certification (EPA) and basic plumbing knowledge, with experience in apartment maintenance, work orders, and customer service to residents.

This full-time role offers steady hours and an on-call rotation to ensure the property runs smoothly while delivering excellent service to residents and preserving

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (EPA) required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of furnaces and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready, and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting and walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• Be dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and property upkeep while providing excellent customer service to residents.

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
