The role requires HVAC (EPA) certification, basic furnace and plumbing knowledge, and experience with work orders. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of furnaces and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.
• Dependable, proactive, and capable of handling varied maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and property upkeep while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Essential Functions:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
