Job Summary

Join a growing team that has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 30 years as a Lead Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance team and ensure equipment continues to operate to standards. You will also assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical production equipment. There will be times where you will be exposed to cold environments. This is a direct hire role with opportunities for growth!

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic components
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps
• Perform minor facilities maintenance duties
• Coordinate training and scheduling of maintenance technicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance repair experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments as needed
