Job Description

The Lead Maintenance Technician will primarily perform, oversee, assist, and train maintenance technicians on policy and procedures as well as ensuring general/preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will help oversee multiple properties in their assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or related fields
• Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a large physical workload

Role and Responsibilities

• Overseeing all maintenance operations and training staff
• Completing daily work orders promptly and professionally
• Performing building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Working independently, producing quality work, and following technical procedures
• Interacting effectively with staff, residents, and service workers

Additional Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, motivation, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of property management, including pools, boilers, painting, and strong leadership skills
