Job Description

The Lead Maintenance Technician will primarily perform, oversee, assist, and train maintenance technicians on policy and procedures, as well as ensuring that general and preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple properties in their assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance or related fields
• Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a large physical workload

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations and train staff accordingly
• Complete daily work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of supplies and equipment
• Work independently, produce quality work, and follow technical procedures to meet deadlines
• Interact effectively with staff, service workers, and others in a professional manner

Additional Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills, high motivation, organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of property management, including pools, boilers, painting, and strong leadership skills

Benefits:

• $23-$26/hr - Salary based on experience with bonus options
