Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will assist maintenance management in coordinating and leading work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve system reliability.
You will:
- Lead and educate compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, act as escalation point, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Document all work in the CMMS and ticketing systems.
- Mentor maintenance personnel to develop skills and equipment knowledge.
- Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events.
- Act as the maintenance Point of Contact in the absence of the maintenance leader.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting training.
- Manage inventory, assign work, and oversee minor projects.
- Perform building project work as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience with conveyor, kitchen equipment, automation, robotics, and refrigeration maintenance.
- Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to read basic schematics.
- Leadership ability to influence maintenance team indirectly.
- Ability to travel up to 5% for business.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
