Job summary

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Capital Crossing, a 240‑unit community in Austin, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations, ensure great resident experiences, and support on-site staff with repairs and safety.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, Electrical systems, and general repairs; HVAC/EPA experience and CPO certification are preferred. On-site work with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
