Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Crossings at Cape Coral, a 168-unit community in Cape Coral, FL. The role focuses on maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents and overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and readiness of units. The position requires strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
