Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a 256-unit community in Pflugerville, TX. You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of maintenance experience, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs. HVAC and EPA experience, plus a CPO certification, are preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
