Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 256-unit community in Pflugerville, TX. You will lead the maintenance team and ensure the property’s appearance and upkeep, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing repairs, and prepping vacants, with on-call duties as needed. The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience and strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as they arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
• Occasional on‑call duties.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
