Myan Management Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition and support the Property Manager. You will supervise the maintenance staff and collaborate with vendors to maintain safety and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Ability to be available for on-call emergencies 24/7.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise make-ready technicians, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Work with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Education

2+ years maintenance experience

HVAC certification

EPA certification
