This role involves preparing apartments, performing routine and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the community is well-maintained. The candidate should possess advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with strong customer service skills. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting residents.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on community equipment.
• Responds to all repair requests from residents in a timely manner.
• Reports maintenance concerns on vacant units and common areas.
• Delivers superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
• Work with vendors for landscaping and repair needs.
