Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience leading maintenance personnel in manufacturing
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and LOTO procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with 24V and 240-480V electrical systems a plus
• Experience welding and fabricating
• Ability to interpret schematics (mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic)

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate work assignments on the assigned shift.
• Assist maintenance personnel with complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain operating machinery and install new machinery; perform building maintenance.
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, blueprints, repair manuals, or schematics.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and related components; replace filters as needed.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; perform repairs.
• Operate cutting torches and welding equipment for fabrication/repair.
• Ensure safety procedures (OSHA/LOTO) are followed and documented.
