Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) to help maintain a safe, productive facility. You’ll lead a maintenance team, coordinate with leadership, and drive culture and safety across the plant floor.

You will develop technicians, prioritize repairs, and support in achieving peak production while fostering accountability and collaboration within a fast-growing industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1.5 years of maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to support day-to-day operations and activities of the facilities.
• Coordinate with supervisor on staffing; act as back-up in supervisor's absence.
• Foster morale through feedback, recognition and rewards.
• Lead shift-start meetings and communicate culture, safety, production, and HR updates.
• Ensure timely communication to department leaders and prioritize repairs.
• Identify improvements to warehouse processes and coach technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and drive safety culture.
