Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Maintenance Tech 1 to perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical and machine servicing. You’ll troubleshoot CNC drives, repair machines, adjust tooling, and install new equipment in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will be forklift certified, skilled in welding and industrial electricity, and able to read drawings and blueprints. Safety, CMMS usage, and 5S discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Welding experience.
• Industrial electricity and wiring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.
• Troubleshoot CNC drives and motors; repair machines and adjust setups and tooling.
• Operate personnel lifts and forklifts; move equipment as needed.
• Maintain and repair equipment, including belts, guards, air, and coolant lines.
• Use CMMS to manage MRO parts and document activities; install new equipment.
• Adhere to safety requirements and practice 5S in the work area.
