Job summary

RP Management Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee general and specialized maintenance across our properties.

You will direct the on-site maintenance staff, ensure that priority work orders are completed promptly, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role requires HVAC certification and a valid driver's license, with responsibilities including routine inspections, turnovers, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, plus on-call

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of on-site maintenance staff to complete priority workload.
• Schedule, coordinate and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Conduct periodic inspections of buildings and apartments for routine maintenance.
• Maintain required records such as material usage, time and production.
• Attend daily meetings with Community Manager to set priority work schedule.
• Maintain on-call emergency response schedule and snow removal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Accident and Illness Prevention Program.
