Job summary

RP Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform general and specialized maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances, while directing on-site maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of priority work.

The role requires HVAC certification and a valid driver's license, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and a compensation of $24–$29 per hour plus on-call bonus and benefits including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a

HVAC certification required.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience in building and apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and ensure compliance with deferred maintenance programs.
Inspect buildings and common areas for routine maintenance including lighting, grounds and amenities.
Schedule and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repairs.
Maintain grounds daily and participate in on-call emergency responses.
Train and develop on-site maintenance staff as needed.
Maintain records of material usage, time, production and other reports as required by policy.
Attend daily meetings with the Community Manager to set priority work schedules.
Ensure compliance with Accident and Illness Prevention Program.
