Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Maintenance Technician III/ Lead Tech at Reed Street Presbyt Apts in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on skilled maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems and building equipment, with possible lead/supervisory responsibilities.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Candidates should have 5+ years in maintenance or construction, 1+ year supervisory experience, a suitable license if required, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building maintenance or construction experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC/building trades license or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Availability including evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and remodeling work.
• Ensure all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.
• Contribute to maximizing residents' quality of life in line with HumanGood's mission, vision and beliefs.
