Koozie Group in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to provide hands-on technical leadership for the Maintenance team. You will ensure equipment reliability and support production needs while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating priorities, guiding technicians, troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and driving improvements across the plant. Excellent leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities and equipment needs.
• Perform machine maintenance, repairs, improvements, changeovers, and troubleshooting alongside mechanics.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to other mechanics.
