Job summary

Koozie Group in Spring Hill, FL seeks a Lead Maintenance Tech to lead the Maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and support production needs. You will guide mechanics, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive safety and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
10 years of experience as a Floor/Shop Mechanic or similar manufacturing maintenance role.
Experience leading or guiding other mechanics is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CADD software a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities, projects, and equipment needs.
Perform machine maintenance, repairs, improvements, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance and coaching to other mechanics.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to identify issues.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
Identify and implement equipment/process improvements with cross-functional teams.
