Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician III to lead shift operations and mentor technicians. You will optimize preventive maintenance for conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print/apply systems, SCADA devices, and related MHE equipment.

You will support PLCs, relays, and control components to maximize reliability. You will build work plans, train staff, and manage work orders in CMMS while maintaining safety and strong client relationships across CBRE

Qualifications

• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls required.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety codes.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to perform preventative & procedure-based maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use stats equipment for OEE/Up Time metrics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and diagnose relay logic, PLCs, sensors, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
