Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and ensure safety, efficiency and schedule.
• Coach, develop maintenance personnel for individual and team performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan and schedule work through CMMS.
• Collaborate with operations, safety and leadership to meet goals.
• Manage repair projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Coordinate external contractors when needed.
• Promote disciplined, safety-focused work environment.
• Support continuous improvement for equipment reliability.
