Job summary

Texas Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization for our Temple, Texas manufacturing operations. You will drive reliability, improve equipment availability, and align maintenance with safety, quality, and financial goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, development of preventive and predictive programs, and data-driven decision making to reduce unplanned downtime and support production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leading maintenance teams.
• Experience using a CMMS; Asset Essentials preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with safety, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with Operations priorities.
• Track maintenance KPIs: availability, uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and costs.
• Strengthen preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for chronic failures.
• Champion TPM, Lean Manufacturing, standardized work, and continuous improvement.
