• Conduct safety meetings and technical training.
• Support hiring and performance management.
• Drive a culture of urgency, ownership, and service.
• Oversee on-site turns and capital projects with vendor coordination.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
