Job summary

iLocatum in Mocksville, NC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a new facility's maintenance team. You will supervise production-related maintenance, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. A strong background with PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems is required, along with reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.

You will mentor staff, prioritize work orders, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules while upholding company policies and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision with electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps and control systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams and blueprints.
Proficiency with diagnostic and troubleshooting equipment.
Leadership and clear communication to manage a maintenance team.
High school diploma; technical certs in electrical/hydraulics a plus.
CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations for a new facility in Mocksville, ensuring safety and quality.
Monitor equipment, analyze data, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Schedule preventive maintenance and manage parts for repairs.
Direct investigations for incidents and non-conformities to corrective actions.
