You will lead troubleshooting, inventory controls, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with operations and engineering to meet reliability and safety goals.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in maintenance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory leadership in packaging industry.
• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, and gear boxes.
• Safety-minded with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead craftsmen to troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory orders and manage storeroom budget.
• Ensure parts and equipment follow safety and maintenance practices.
• Oversee safety compliance and environmental rules.
• Lead continuous improvement of plant reliability plans.
• Coordinate daily and break-in work with operations.
• Drive safety initiatives and training for maintenance staff.
