Job summary

Renewing Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a new construction, 100–300 unit community in Indiana. You will lead a small maintenance team, ensure safety, and drive efficient make-readies and turnovers while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and the Property Manager. On-call nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or advanced technical training preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience required.
• Able to operate hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for 100–300 unit community; lead 1–5 associates.
• Maintain property by proactive repairs and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies within 30 minutes and manage turnovers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and contractor work as needed.
• Assist the Property Manager in recruiting and evaluating staff.
