Trinity Property Consultants in Washington, DC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of building systems across our multifamily communities.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety tasks, manage budgets and vendor bids, and uphold safety and service standards while supporting residents and property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, specs, budget, schedule, and equipment needs.
• Bid and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems.
• Direct maintenance work orders and unit turns with safety and service focus.
• Maintain inventory and organize supplies efficiently.
• Provide leadership and development for the maintenance team.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergencies.
