Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Refrigeration knowledge and basic business finance knowledge preferred.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and follow up calls.
• Provide preventative maintenance and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Coordinate apartment turnover efforts.
• Assist with renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, interview, screen and hire maintenance staff.
• Supervise and train maintenance personnel.
