Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Goodyear, AZ to lead the maintenance team and ensure high-quality upkeep of our properties. The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, hands-on oversight, and the ability to schedule daily tasks, interview and train staff, manage safety, and coordinate vendor work to meet standards and resident needs.

You will handle on-call rotations, maintain preventive maintenance programs, and uphold

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to manage relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Interview, screen, and assist in selecting service/grounds staff with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping, and grounds personnel; maintain work areas and tools.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Respond to service requests on a 24-hour basis and manage vendor work.
