Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Clinton, NC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment at Harpers Glen. You will handle on-site HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance, and train other staff.

Requirements: at least 3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, valid driver’s license, and multifamily experience. CPO or REAC familiarity preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years maintenance experience required.
• Must be HVAC and EPA certified.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Inspire or REAC inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and maintenance equipment.
• Perform on-site repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters and electrical/plumbing systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and seasonal tasks.
• Train other maintenance personnel and inspect their work.
• Record maintenance requests and manage inventory.
