Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial/multi-unit property maintenance experience; 5–7 years can offset education.
• Must communicate clearly in English, written and verbal; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Train, coach, and communicate with the maintenance team.
