Qualifications

• 3 - 4 Years: Commercial or Multi-unit Property – Required
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; multilingual skills are a plus
• Computer and smartphone literacy required

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff, trains and coaches team, and participates in performance appraisals.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnoses problems and performs disassembly, cleaning and part replacement.
• Performs routine to advanced carpentry tasks including doors, jambs, moldings, drywall, painting.
• Handles electrical duties including lighting, wiring, switches, lamps and ballasts inspections.
• Performs plumbing duties such as unclogging sinks and toilets, faucet repairs, pipe work, and fountain repairs.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors, creates specifications, secures bids, and negotiates services.
