Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in California. The role oversees the maintenance team, schedules daily tasks, and ensures property upkeep and safety compliance across all grounds and interiors.

Responsibilities include interviewing potential staff, training, inventory management, and on-call responsiveness to service requests. Competitive compensation with full-time benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge are required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing and screening potential service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Assist in training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Take initiative to improve processes and maintenance methods.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure OSHA safety policies are followed and standards met.
