Job summary

Arcan Capital seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, oversee interior and exterior repairs, and ensure high-quality, compliant property upkeep across our communities.

You will mentor staff, manage service requests, and coordinate preventative maintenance while upholding safety and customer service standards. This role supports our residents and property managers in delivering exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications required.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments and perform general maintenance.
• Oversee interior and exterior maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships for landscaping, painting, and asphalt.
• Uphold resident privacy and professional conduct.
