Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of machines and equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will direct the maintenance team, schedule activities to align with the production plan, and ensure safety and preventive maintenance practices are followed.

Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics are required, with CMMS and Oracle proficiency desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an industrial manufacturing setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical understanding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to learn and utilize CMMS, Oracle, and other relevant software for this role.
• Preferred knowledge of extrusion equipment and processes.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external agencies.
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate individuals and build partnerships with operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance based on production demands.
• Oversee maintenance team and activities in adherence to the manufacturing schedule.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed and safety measures are followed.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and repair equipment and systems.
• Develop technical capabilities of less experienced team members, as needed.
