Lead maintenance priorities, allocate resources, and promote safety and accountability to improve equipment reliability.

You will manage a maintenance team, implement preventive programs, and drive continuous improvement while working in a facility that values safety and efficient production.”

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment with maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and work order planning.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Oracle software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule maintenance team activities to align with the manufacturing schedule.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance and training.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, perform root-cause analysis.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability and drive continuous improvement.
