Job summary

AMLI Ponce Park is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise a maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and drive preventative maintenance to ensure top-notch resident experiences.

You will lead HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, coordinate vendor work, and manage inventory and budgets while fostering a positive team environment. Weekend work and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and vendor work.
• Lead team with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance and life-safety inspections.
• Oversee service requests and apartment turnover for quality results.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property appearance.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor invoices.
• Assist with budgeting, cost controls, and capital projects.
