Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property maintenance process at Walnut Commons in Chattanooga, TN. Qualifications

• EPA 608 HVAC certification required for refrigerants handling.
• HVAC certification or equivalent validated HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses advantageous to broader maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software to access email and maintenance systems.
• Ensure adherence to Bedrock's service standards and vacancy turn times.
