Job summary
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our North Little Rock, AR community. This hands-on leadership role requires managing daily tasks, supporting a maintenance team, and delivering excellent resident service.
The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and strong electrical/plumbing skills. On-call availability and a commitment to safety are essential, with room for growth within the property
Qualifications
- 2 years multifamily maintenance experience.
- HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification.
- Strong electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- CPO certification a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic tools & on call availability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations grounds & amenities.
- Complete work orders and unit turns.
- Lead, train and schedule maintenance staff.
- Respond to on call and emergency requests.
- Coordinate vendors and manage inventory/budget.
- Ensure OSHA, EPA & Fair Housing compliance.
- Deliver excellent resident service.
