Icon Lakewood in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating a maintenance team, completing work orders, and delivering excellent resident service.

You will oversee grounds and amenities, respond to on-call and emergency requests, manage vendor relations and inventory, and ensure OSHA, EPA and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• Strong electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• CPO certification a plus.
• Reliable transportation, basic tools & on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, grounds & amenities.
• Complete work orders and unit turns.
• Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
• Respond to on-call and emergency requests.
• Coordinate vendors and manage inventory/budget.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA & Fair Housing compliance.
• Deliver excellent resident service.
