Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure all apartments are ready for new residents. You will oversee make-ready units, coordinate with vendors, and drive preventative maintenance across community fixtures.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades, with supervisory experience preferred, and hold a valid driver's license along with EPA certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance work with accountability.
• Oversee vendor partners and ensure on-time, safe completion to standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects from bids to execution.
• Oversee make-ready units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain buildings/grounds with preventative maintenance plans.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and uphold safety policies.
